All appraisal reports are thoroughly researched

and carefully prepared in accordance with the

Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal

Practice (USPAP), Internal Revenue Service

Regulations, and the strict ethical and reporting

standards of the American Association of

America.

Appraisal fees are based on an hourly rate or per assignment, and never on the value of the property being appraised.
